As a family of believers in God, the congregation of Shepherd Lutheran Church glorifies God through Christ-centered worship, growing spiritually through the study of the Word, and going to all nations with the Gospel. Our congregation is a member of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod.
It is the mission of Shepherd Lutheran School to fulfill their God-given role, "bringing up their children in the training and instruction of the Lord" [Ephesians 6:4]. We assist parents by nurturing their children in Christian faith, guiding them in Christian living, and preparing them to be effective stewards of God's gifts. We prepare children to be lights in a sin-filled world. We convey to children a firm conviction that eternal life with God is theirs through faith in Christ Jesus.
Shepherd Lutheran exists to...
Proclaim the law and gospel, to lead sinners to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ for life and salvation. (2 Timothy 4:2, Luke 24:46-48)
Strengthen believers in faith and sanctification. (Romans 10:17)
Equip believers as disciples, stewards, and witnesses for sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with our fellow men and women. (Ephesians 4:11,12)
